We have been established as a company since 1898 and have 11 shops around the UK. We have a dedicated UK Sales Mail Order Department that is situated in purpose built offices located within our 5000 sq. foot Warehouse.
We are also regarded as the leading supplier of Music Technology to Educational Establishments throughout the UK and produce a twice-yearly, full colour Education catalogue that is available free of charge to any Bona Fide Educationalist. Please call us on 08450 949022 for a copy.
Our UK Sales Office is open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday on 08450 949022 (on Saturday the calls are diverted through to Head Office). We will gladly call you back if you wish. Making A Purchase All prices exclude VAT which will be added to all invoices. Goods are only available at the prices shown to bona fide education establishments.

You can now place your order online! We are happy to receive orders from registered education customers - simply register on our site and we will approve your on-line account within 24 hours.
After selecting items for your order you will be asked for your school's purchase order number before you can submit the order. If you have any questions, simply email or call us.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Standard carriage charge on all orders is £7 (UK Mainland) or £10 (N Ireland). Carriage on large or heavy items will be charged at cost.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days.
Damages and claims - any shortage or damage must be reported in writing both to the carriers and ourselves within three days of receipt of goods. Parcels should always be signed for as unexamined and where goods arrive damaged, packing materials should be retained pending enquiry and inspection.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

Returns Policy Return of goods - goods may not be returned for replacement or credit without our prior approval.

Remittance Terms Payment - payment for goods supplied is due 30 days after date of invoice. Invoice for part of an order should be passed for payment, not held pending delivery of items marked “to follow” for which a separate invoice will be issued. Property of all goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.
