We are able to offer extended warranties against manufacturer's defects on the following products:
Farida Guitars and Basses - 2 Years
Winchester Digital Pianos - 3 Years
Winchester Acoustic Pianos - 5 Years
Perzina Acoustic Pianos - 5 Years
To qualify your extended warranty you must first register your instrument within 90 days of purchase. All sections of this form are mandatory. We need this information to create a record of your warranty registration. Your information will be stored on our secure servers and will not be made available to third parties. If you need to make a claim within the 1st 12 months simply bring the instrument back to the store where you purchased it, along with your invoice. To claim on your extended warranty after the 1st 12 months simply email warranties@dawsons.co.uk with your details so we can confirm your records.
